Yippeee. Today got dragon boat training. Hahaha.So tiring. Jin Teck never come. Today dunno why my arm ache, made me row slower then the rest. But tody we row not bad. Coach kept saying ,"Very good! Very good! Keep up the good work!" Today we rowed 6km. Soooo tiring. Competition is coming that's why we need to train double the time of our normal training. Tomorrow got land training. Then thursday still got training. From 9.30am to 12.30pm. Sian...
