Just came back from swimming at Bedok Swimming Complex. Very tired. Yesterday had dragon boat training. Did lots of push ups and now my arm ache. But still had lots of fun rowing. We had a tired training under the sun. So sorry that I cannot go and celebrate Timothy's birthday. Anyway happy birthday Tim! Wish all your dreams come true.
